GIRL'S SoCal Express is excited to offer a few dates for "pick up" lacrosse.  Pick up lacrosse is an opportunity to... Just play (No coaching), Meet new friends, Practice in a game setting, etc.

Pick up is open to all players from any school or club program!  Bring friends!

Arrive early to check in and warm up on your own.

 

9:00 - 10:00am, JV (including 2025 Gold level) and upper level youth players (2026 & 2027 platinum)

10:00 - 11:00am, Varsity (including 2025 Platinum level) and adults. 

 

Each session is $10, cash only (Goalies are free!!).
An Express coach or administrator will be there to supervise and collect money.  

 

The exact style of game will be determined by the amount of players at any session.  The goal is to go 12 v 12 full field.  Other options are Olympic style (small field 6v6), World / Pro style (10 v 10 on boy's field, etc).  No officials.

 

To play, players must use the link above to sign a waiver (no cost for this).  A player only needs to complete this once to play all sessions.
 

Location:  OC Great Park, Field 5 (Park in Lot 1)
