Refund Policy for all SoCal Express Lacrosse Programs

Due to the procedure and costs involved in pre-planning, SoCal Express has a NO Refund policy.

 

However, a credit for future SoCal Express events/ programs will be issued if it is proven through valid medical documentation that a player is physically unable to participate in an event or if participation is restricted by extenuating circumstances then a credit may be offered by the director.

 

Procedures and additional information:

 

  • If the player is physically unable to participate in an event please email info@socalexpresslax.com with valid medical documentation.  SoCal Express will confirm receipt of the documentation. Credit requests may take up to 30 days to process.

  • In the rare case of a refund, we will process via check or back to the card of payment. The processing fee is non-refundable.

  • User Error- within 48 hours full Refund- after 48 hours Credit Only

  • Weather Cancellation- No Refund

  • Partial Attendance-  No Refund

  • Room & Board- If an event requires rooming or meal planning those fees will be deducted from any credit unless the cancellation is 60 days prior to the event/program
